Prof. Guanghao Lu of FIST has made achievement on Flexible Synaptic Transistors for Human Sunburned Skin Simulation by introducing AlOX nanoparticles and published an academic paper in Advanced Materials, a high-profile journal in materials field.
Their work has been supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China ，XJTU scientific research fund and XJTU Analysis and Testing Center. The first unit of the paper is FIST of XJTU.
